RZEM has evolved over a period of 82 years
and now specialises in innovative engineering and manufacture
of prototype/bespoke machinery to various marketplaces:
- Automated machinery for processing recycled
paper into packaging boxes for diverse applications; e.g.
eggs, fruit & vegetables, electronic goods & components,
bottles etc.
- Machinery for repairs and maintenance of
railway carriages
- Machinery for processing organic waste (e.g.

Reactor
The key diversified group of chemical processes includes
processes ensuring variation of chemical composition, internal
composition and properties of initial substances as a result
of chemical reaction. These processes are implemented by a
chemical reactor.
The chemical reactor is the main instrument in chemical process
including raw material preparation, chemical conversion and
release of products. Overall efficiency of chemical production
depends on its design soundness.
Decomposition of various objects to elementary chemical and
physical phenomena at molecular level confirms that chemical
reactor process is a complex of various phenomena with cause-and-effect
relationships which can be considered as a complicated reactor
system.
The chemical reactor is used to implemented chemical process
aimed at obtaining required products. It is the main production
equipment determining efficiency of the entire production
process.
Effective use of the reactor is determined by the rate of
conversion of initial substances, target product output, selectivity,
production capacity and intensity.
The reactor is designed to obtain a specified quality of required
product of certain quality and it shall be operated in accordance
with the following main requirements:
1) achievement of high level of reactor performance;
2) generation and maintenance of required process implementation
conditions;
3) provision of process stability and high operational reliability
of the reactor;
4) simple design, preparation for operation, control and repair;
5) low energy costs;
6) low cost and material consumption;
7) fulfillment of necessary safety, environmental and aesthetical
conditions.
