Process Lines
Process lines are intended to manufacture packages of wastepaper
(newspapers, books, magazines, packing cardboard, office paper,
etc.).
Preliminarily, it is necessary to remove contaminated paper,
paper clips, scotch tape, cord, wire and sort wastepaper over
printing paper and cardboard.
The required quantity of sorted wastepaper shall be loaded
into a hydraulic beater.
The hydraulic beater is equipped with a high-speed rotating
cutoff wheel which ensures high mass circulation in order
to delaminate wastepaper into individual filaments.
The hydraulic beater contents shall be pumped to a holding
tank equipped with a mixer.
Mass is transferred from the holding tank to a molding machine
charging tank equipped with a mixer.
Mass is continuously supplied from the charging tank to a
molding machine movable bath.
The molding machine includes:
- frame;
- stainless steel forming bath;
- matrix unit consisting of a:
1. Drum made of two 4-sided prisms connected on the top at
the angle of 180°. Each prism foundation contains two, three,
four matrixes (matrix unit). There is a shaft on the prism
top which is supported by bearings installed on the molding
unit frame.
2. System controlling matrix drum rotation.
3. System controlling matrix drum connection to vacuum, compressed
air, water intake lines depending on items production process.
4. System for horizontal and vertical movement of plungers.
5. System for item transfer from matrixes to plungers.
6. System for item transfer from plungers to drying chamber
conveyor lodgments.
Items manufacture by process line is implemented as follows:
- matrix is loaded into suspension layer for item formation.
- the drum rotates so that matrix is coupled with the plunger
and item transfer is implemented;
- the movement system brings the plunger in its ultimate position
where the items are discharged on the drying chamber conveyor
lodgment;
- item formation and transfer operations are repeated;
Cycles of press mold movement, item formation and transfer
are short-term automatic processes which exclude manual implementation.
Lodgments with loaded items are transported horizontally by
a chain conveyor inside the drying chamber.
Lodgments are blown by coolant.
Cells humidity at the drying chamber outlet equals 5-7%. Items
are discharged from lodgments by a handling unit pusher, upset
by the racker and fall down to the transverse conveyor.
Lumpy-type packs are staked by the racker, pass manual premoulding
and are transported to storage.
Е3810 packs are stacked and transferred to the conveyor, pass
through the hot press used to ensure accurate geometry of
items.
