Press Mold

The line shall be fitted with additional equipment for paper container manufacture, namely: moistening conveyor, hot press (premoulder), stacker-truck and indexing system.
The press mold, positive and negative, is used to ensure proper geometry and market condition of a container.
The press mold is installed on a premoulder.
When the moistened container passes through the premoulder the press molds are closed and container surfaces are flattened.
The press mold is fabricated on a stainless steel NC machine to ensure its long-term operation.
