Premoulder

Additional equipment is needed to produce Е3810 closing eggs containers: a so-called premoulder or hot press.
Mould and dried (in a drying chamber) items are transferred by the conveyor to the moistening unit equipped with nozzles which spray water for container surface moistening.
Moistening is needed to improve pressing plasticity of items passing through the premoulder and is effected by liquid spraying from several nozzles. After that the moistened items are transferred to a hot premoulding machine. Premoulding is implemented using press molds heated up to required temperatures.
Premoulding ensures proper market condition of items, flat surfaces suitable for marking or labeling, as well as accurate profiles and dimensions needed for item stacking.
After passing the hot press the containers are stacked and transported to the packing table.
