Paper Containers
The best raw material for such widely used items as paper
containers is wastepaper.
Material to be used for production of paper containers shall
not contain any non-recyclable paper and cardboard which are
coated by polyethylene and other polymer films, lacquer, pitch,
fabric, foil as well as paraffinned, tarred, oiled, rubber-coated,
metallized, chemically impregnated, waxed, abrasive, rotten
and burnt paper and cardboard, fiber, soot bags, thermoplastically
glued book backs.
Moreover, paper containers shall not be made of materials
containing paper and cardboard collected in veterinary medical
institutions, garbage dumps, garbage chutes and at enterprises
producing and consuming toxic substances.
Paper containers shall not contain materials with the following
inclusions: rags, ropes, cords of bast fiber and polymers,
metal and wooden articles, glass and ceramic pieces, stones,
coal, mica, cellophane, celluloid, polymer items (films, granules),
plastic foam, fabricated and natural leader, buckram, bitumen,
paraffin, residual chemical and mineral substances and paints
in bags and boxes, asbestos and other seals, residual food
products, lubricants, tobacco and smokables, bones and threads.
Otherwise paper containers will not comply with industrial
standards.
