Lumpy-Type Packs
Lumpy-type egg packing is manufactured as molded pulp board
and is used for egg packing, transportation and storage.
Lumpy-type egg packing shall be manufactured in accordance
with the requirements and production procedures approved in
the established order.
The main quality characteristic of lumpy egg packs (important
for consumers) is its compression resistance (stiffness),
i.e. resistance to pressure of lumpy pack stacking in a container
which prevents egg crash during transportation.
Lumpy packs are produced of the following raw material: wastepaper
of various grade (newspaper, corrugated cardboard, printing
wastepaper, books, archives, etc.) depending on use properties
of a cell.
Additional possibilities: painting in any color by coloring
agents admitted by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation
for use in production of food product packing.
