E3810
Vacuum molding of E3810 packing is implemented by a molding
machine manufactured at the plant and included into the line
of wastepaper processing into packing.
The molding machine includes matrix molds used for formation,
and plunges for accurate capture and transfer of a molded
item.
Vacuum molding of E3810 items is a very complicated process
the company mastered owing to its highly qualified personnel
and special equipment.
Our company has its own design group of professionals who
design new equipment, develop new technologies, upgrade equipment
in accordance with continuously varied requirements for production
of E3810 packing.
One of leading profiles of plant is production of lines for
manufacture of Е3810 containers. The line is equipped with
a premoulder (hot press) recently developed by the company's
design group.
High accuracy of manufacture of press molds, matrixes, plungers,
parts of machines and mechanisms is achieved due to implementation
of the entire complex of calculation and design work using
CAD/CAM systems, availability of state-of-the-art NC type
machines and other unified and auxiliary equipment.
Successful design and manufacture of E3810 items is provided
due to application of advanced technologies, equipment and
software used for analyses and calculations, as well as due
to high qualification of company employees.
